#7 Preparing for Your Appointment

A few simple steps can make your office visit more productive and informative for both of us.  It is extremely helpful if you bring a list of your medications as well as the dosage and how often you take them.  Please be sure to bring a list of over-the-counter supplements you take as well. 

In addition, take a few minutes before your visit to write down your questions and any health issues you want to discuss. It’s my goal to answer all of your questions to the best of my ability.  Having your questions written down ensures that we cover all the topics that are on your mind.
